In order to get your package from our shire to yours, we currently use USPS Priority Mail Service. Shipping charges are based on the actual weight of your package and it's destination. We feel that shipping is expensive enough and we do not want our customers to pay more than is absolutely necessary.

We pull orders daily, however, due to the handmade nature of our products, please allow 2 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped. Natually we try to ship orders as fast as possible, but we also like our products to be as fresh as possible and so many items are made to order, which takes a little more time, but assures our customers that they are receiving the freshest merchandise possible. We hope you understand. If there is a problem with your order, we will notify you and you will have the option to cancel the order if necessary. We will do our very best to ship your order as fast as possible.

We believe in our produts 100%, however, due to the nature of our products, returns and exchanges are limited to correcting order errors that we may inadverantly make and to replacing damaged products. This is for the health and safety of all of our customers. If you experience a problem with an order, contact us immediately, either by e~mail or by phone, so that we can correct the problem. Any shipping charges you incur to return incorrect or damaged items, will be refunded to you. We want you to be happy with your purchase.

We are happy to accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, money orders or personal checks as payment for our wonderful products here at our E-shoppe. If you live outside of the United States, please check with us prior to placing an order.

We believe in our products wholehearted and use the finest ingredients available to make each of our wonderful products. We want each and every customer to have a truly enchanted experience when using any of our products.

We encourage our customers to read the ingredient list prior to purchasing the product. Since allergic reactions are always a possibility, we also recommend trying our products on a small area of skin first if you think you might have a reaction. If you are aware that you have sensitivity to fragrance or essential oils, we recommend that you try our products in an unscented version. As with any skin care product, there is always the chance of a reaction and The Cottage Bathe cannot be held responsible.
